Interest Only Home Loan- 
An interest-only loan is one that gives you the option of paying just the interest or the interest and as much principal as you want in any given month during an initial period of time after your closing. 
The difference between pre-qualified, pre-approved- 
 Getting pre-qualified for a mortgage helps give you an idea of how much you might qualify to borrow. With a pre-qualification, no information has been verified. If you receive a letter from the lender, it may only state that you are likely to be approved for a mortgage.
A pre-approval goes one step further than a pre-qualification. When getting pre-approved, you may receive a letter stating how much you qualify to borrow. Your lender will pull your credit report and find out what liabilities you have. However, not everything (namely your income and assets) is verified.
A No-Doc loan-
A "no-doc" or no-documentation loan can be very useful for anyone who may have difficulty documenting their income—part of the process of getting a mortgage—or for anyone who doesn't wish to disclose their income.
A no Down Payment loan-
 Refers to as zero-down or no money down home loans. It means you are financing 100 percent of the value of the home.
